The Mosaic

 

Currently there are 298 online state platforms whereis acknowledged that it is not always easy for citizens to navigate through the multiple online services, due to the dispersion of information and complexity.  

To overcome this difficulty, the Administrative Modernization Agency, IP (AMA) launched Mosaico in september 2022, with the aim of creating a systematic approach and a common reference for digital public services, ensuring coherence and consistency in the user experience.  

On this site we can find 11 Guiding Principles for public services and an area reserved for profiles, which guides each profile through a set of recommendations.  

This tool also contributes to the II National Action Plan, in the sense that it promotes a universal access to information between the State and the citizen.
